How do I donate to the endowment?

The University of Alberta has updated their process with special instructions.
You can donate online or use a paper form and a cheque.

Donate online

Making a donation online is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click here, enter the gift amount and select Other as the gift designation. A drop down will appear to type the name of the fund.

  2. Type “Sayeed” and then the option for “Dr Wajid Sayeed Award in Neurology” appears for selection. Click on this phrase.

  3. Press the green Add gift button and finish completing the prompts as directed.

Use a paper form

Go to the University of Alberta’s PDF file for donations and submit your donation with a cheque:

  1. Complete this gift form.

  2. Make the cheque payable to “University of Alberta”.

  3. Mail the form and cheque to:
    Office of Advancement, 3-501 Enterprise Square, 10230 Jasper Ave, Edmonton, AB T5J 4P6
